 The
development of Corolla Light began in 1984
with the purchase of a tract of land
adjacent to the Whalehead Club in the village of
Corolla, North Carolina. The developers envisioned a
community unparalleled on the Outer Banks. The
result is an ocean to sound community characterized
by a blend of single-family houses, town homes and
condominiums.
 There
are many amenities available to the owners and
guests of this resort village. Corolla Light has an
